Need help with INVIO?

Replies within 24 hours, usually faster.

Most issues fall into one of the categories below. If yours doesn't, just email us — short, specific reports get the fastest answer.

Subscriptions and day passes

Why is the "+" button locked?

Adding your own destinations is a Pro feature. Get a day pass or subscribe from Settings → Subscribe.

I bought a subscription but nothing unlocked

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it within a couple of minutes, email us with your order confirmation — Apple's sandbox and live stores both sometimes take a beat to propagate.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends. Day passes are one-off and don't renew.

What's the difference between a day pass and a subscription?

A day pass gives you 24 hours of access for a one-off price. A subscription is ongoing access plus an unlimited saved-scopes cap. Pick whichever fits how often you ride.

How do I delete my account?

INVIO doesn't have accounts. Nothing about you is stored on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Using the app

Location isn't working

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → INVIO. If you denied access earlier, switch "Never" to "While Using". INVIO uses your location locally to filter nearby destinations — nothing is sent to a server.

I added a destination but it doesn't appear in Browse

The Browse list scopes to whatever filter you've got active. Check the chips at the top — if "Bikepark" is on, only bikepark-tagged destinations show. Tap a tag to remove it, or switch the location chip to "Anywhere".

Why is a destination ranked low when the weather looks fine?

The score factors temperature, precipitation, and soil moisture from the past 10 days. A dry forecast on muddy trails still scores low. The Conditions strip on the destination page breaks the score down so you can see why.

The forecast on the destination page is blank

Pull down on the destination page to refresh. If still blank after a minute, you're either offline or our weather backend is having a hiccup — email us if it persists.

Catalogue

I found a wrong or out-of-date destination

Email support@getinvio.app with what's wrong and what it should say. Screenshots help. Curated destinations are updated by hand so the fix usually lands within a few days.

I have a destination you should add

Email us with the name, country, and website. Curated destinations are vetted before being added — we aim for places with marked, maintained trails that match what other entries in the catalogue offer.

Bugs and feedback

I found a bug

Email support@getinvio.app with what you saw and what you expected. Include the device model and iOS version if you can — they're in Settings → General → About on iOS.

I have a feature request

Same email. We read every one. We can't promise a timeline but the requests genuinely shape what gets built next.
